More than 15,000 young people from all over Flanders and Brussels practice their dream job-for-a-day on the YOUCA Action Day. They rotate a whole day at a company, organisation or individual of their choice, with their wages of €60 going entirely to strong youth projects. In 2024, that includes a Kiyo project in Burundi and Belgium. The challenge around which this year's YOUCA Action Day revolves is ‘the right to a clean, healthy and sustainable neighbourhood’.

Flor De Meulenaere joined Tensio for a day.
It gave him the opportunity to get to know the shop floor and gain practical experience . Moreover, it is nice that together we support the charity and thus make a solidary contribution to society.
Valuable experience
Flor was allowed to join the production team and provide preparatory work for our warehouse staff. Labelling the various cleaning products is an intensive job. Each product has its own product and safety label and corresponding ADR stickers. Flor did here an excellent job.
