Our approach plan consists of four steps: Plan, Do, Check and Act. We already discussed the first step in a previous blog post.
The planning will be followed by action with a Master Cleaning Plan. This is a practical document which sets out all procedures with the associated timing in detail. Your production cycle is made up of various different elements and each area requires a different method of cleaning. This is why we have developed a useful template to make all of your cleaning activities clearer. This will be of great help to your employees. Additionally, a document like this will always be a plus point during audits.
We will explain step three next time. If you can’t wait until then, you can continue to read here.
