The unique and challenging aspect of the project at Brewery Martens lies in the fact that the brewing process had to keep running at all times. Shutting down the brewery was not an option.
It also had to be ensured throughout the project that cleaning could continue in a correct and high-quality manner at all times. A temporary solution was found in the form of manual dosing.
Thorough planning and development were therefore the common thread throughout the project.
The designs for the chemicals room with several storage tanks and several dosing units were drawn up and evaluated together with the client and adjusted where necessary. All this to achieve optimal integration in the functioning of the brewery.
