A collaboration starts with a Customer Service Agreement

At Tensio we have placed our four step “Plan Do Check Act” plan very high on our list of priorities. It doesn’t just result in smooth collaborations, but strong results too.

Everything is about the Customer Service Agreement during step one, a document describing all of your needs and objectives. In addition, we will also note down any concerns and objectives using the SMART method (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound).

The Customer Service Agreement will provide the right focus and will serve as a guide throughout the further process.
